'Keep Silent' in the Bible

I will not keep silent because of Zion,and I will not keep still because of Jerusalem,until her righteousness shines like a bright lightand her salvation, like a flaming torch.

Lord, after all this, will You restrain Yourself?Will You keep silent and afflict severely?

It is written before Me:I will not keep silent, but I will repay;I will repay them fully
