'Of the Flesh' in the Bible
who are born not of superior blood, nor of a will of the flesh, nor of a will of man, but of God.
That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is a spirit.
For they who are according to the flesh mind the things of the flesh, but they who are according to the spirit the things of the spirit;
for the minding of the flesh is death, but the minding of the Spirit is life and peace.
Because the minding of the flesh is enmity against God; for it is not subject to the law of God; for it can not be.
