'Pass by Them' in the Bible

And he caused me to pass by them round about. And, behold, there were very many in the open valley, and, lo, they were very dry.

And LORD said to me, Amos, what do thou see? And I said, A plumb-line. Then LORD said, Behold, I will set a plumb-line in the midst of my people Israel. I will not again pass by them any more.

And he said, Amos, what do thou see? And I said, A basket of summer fruit. Then LORD said to me, The end has come upon my people Israel. I will not again pass by them any more.
