'This Generation' in the Bible

And the LORD said unto Noah, "Go into the ark both thou and all thy household. For thee have I seen righteous before me in this generation.

Keep them therefore, O LORD, and preserve us from this generation for ever.

This generation which is like a horse-leech, hath two daughters; the one is called "fetch hither," and the other "bring hither."

"But whereunto shall I liken this generation? It is like unto children, which sit in the market, and call unto their fellows,
