'Word of the Lord' in the Bible
The word of the LORD came expressly unto Ezekiel the priest, the son of Buzi, in the land of the Chaldeans by the river Chebar; and the hand of the LORD was there upon him.
And it came to pass at the end of seven days, that the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,
And the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,
And say, You mountains of Israel, hear the word of the Lord GOD; Thus says the Lord GOD to the mountains, and to the hills, to the rivers, and to the valleys; Behold, I, even I, will bring a sword upon you, and I will destroy your high places.
And in the morning came the word of the LORD unto me, saying,
Son of man, prophesy against the prophets of Israel that prophesy, and say you unto them that prophesy out of their own hearts, Hear you the word of the LORD;
The word of the LORD came again to me, saying,
Again the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,
Therefore, O harlot, hear the word of the LORD:
The word of the LORD came unto me again, saying,
And say to the forest of the south, Hear the word of the LORD; Thus says the Lord GOD; Behold, I will kindle a fire in you, and it shall devour every green tree in you, and every dry tree: the flaming flame shall not be quenched, and all faces from the south to the north shall be burned in it.
Again in the ninth year, in the tenth month, in the tenth day of the month, the word of the LORD come unto me, saying,
Then I answered them, The word of the LORD came unto me, saying,
And say unto the Ammonites, Hear the word of the Lord GOD; Thus says the Lord GOD; Because you said, Aha, against my sanctuary, when it was profaned; and against the land of Israel, when it was desolate; and against the house of Judah, when they went into captivity;
And it came to pass in the eleventh year, in the first day of the month, that the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,
In the tenth year, in the tenth month, on the twelfth day of the month, the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,
And it came to pass in the seven and twentieth year, in the first month, on the first day of the month, the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,
And it came to pass in the eleventh year, in the first month, on the seventh day of the month, that the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,
And it came to pass in the eleventh year, in the third month, on the first day of the month, that the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,
And it came to pass in the twelfth year, in the twelfth month, on the first day of the month, that the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,
It came to pass also in the twelfth year, on the fifteenth day of the month, that the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,
Therefore, you shepherds, hear the word of the LORD;
Therefore, O you shepherds, hear the word of the LORD;
Also, you son of man, prophesy unto the mountains of Israel, and say, You mountains of Israel, hear the word of the LORD:
Therefore, you mountains of Israel, hear the word of the Lord GOD; Thus says the Lord GOD to the mountains, and to the hills, to the rivers, and to the valleys, to the desolate wastes, and to the cities that are forsaken, which became a prey and derision to the rest of the nations that are round about;
Again he said unto me, Prophesy to these bones, and say unto them, O you dry bones, hear the word of the LORD.
