against all that is proud and lofty,
against all that is lifted up—it will be humbled—
sound the alarm on My holy mountain!
Let all the residents of the land tremble,
for the Day of the Lord is coming;
in fact, it is near—
a day belonging to the Lord is near.
It will be a day of clouds,
a time of doom for the nations.
It will come like destruction from the Almighty.

What will the Day of the Lord be for you?
It will be darkness and not light.

"Those who dedicate and purify themselves to [enter] the groves following their leader, eating meat from pigs, vermin, and rats, will perish together."
