Heaven/the heavens » The lord stretching out the heavens
He's the one who sits above the disk of the earth, and its inhabitants are like grasshoppers. He's the one who stretches out the heavens like a curtain, and spreads them like a tent to live in,
"This is what the LORD says, your Redeemer and the one who formed you in the womb: "I am the LORD, who has made everything, who alone stretched out the heavens, who spread out the earth Who was with me at that time?
As a result, you have forgotten the LORD who made you, who stretched out the heavens and laid the earth's foundations, and you live in constant fear every day because of the oppressor's fury, since he's ready to destroy. Now where is the oppressor's fury?
This is what God says the God who created the heavens and stretched them out, who spread out the earth and its produce, who gives breath to the people on it and life to those who walk in it:
Bless the LORD, my soul; LORD, my God, you are very great. You are clothed in splendor and majesty; you are wrapped in light like a garment, stretching out the sky like a curtain.
This is what the Lord says, the Creator of the signs: "Question me about my children, or give me orders about the work of my hands. I myself made the earth and personally created humankind upon it. My own hands stretched out the skies; I marshaled all their starry hosts."
"Listen to these things, Jacob, and Israel, whom I have called. I am the One: I am the first, I am even the last. Moreover, my hands laid the earth's foundation, and my right hand spread out the heavens. I call out to them, and they stand up together.
The LORD is the true God; he's the living God and the everlasting king. At his wrath the earth quakes, and the nations cannot endure his indignation. This is what God says the God who created the heavens and stretched them out, who spread out the earth and its produce, who gives breath to the people on it and life to those who walk in it:
You established the earth long ago; the heavens are the work of your hands.
"LORD! Look, you made the heavens and the earth with your great power and your outstretched arm. Nothing is too difficult for you!

"Gather together and come; draw near and enter, your fugitives from the nations. Those who carry around their wooden idols know nothing, nor do those who keep praying to a god that cannot save. Explain and present a case! Yes, let them take counsel together. Who announced this long ago, who declared it from the distant past? Was it not I, the LORD? And there is no other God besides me, a righteous God and Savior; and there is none besides me. Turn to me and be saved, all you ends of the earth. For I am God, and there is no other. By myself I have sworn from my mouth has gone out integrity, a promise that won't be revoked: "To me every knee will bow, and every tongue will swear.' One will say of me, "Only in the LORD are victories and might.' All who raged against him will come to him and will be put to shame. So God created mankind in his own image; in his own image God created them; he created them male and female.
