“He wraps up the waters in His clouds,
And the cloud does not burst under them.



The clouds poured out water;
The skies gave forth a sound;
Your arrows flashed here and there.

Lord, when You went out from Seir,
When You marched from the field of Edom,
The earth quaked, the heavens also dripped,
Even the clouds dripped water.


“He wraps up the waters in His clouds,
And the cloud does not burst under them.

If the clouds are full, they pour out rain upon the earth; and whether a tree falls toward the south or toward the north, wherever the tree falls, there it lies. He who watches the wind will not sow and he who looks at the clouds will not reap.

And I set my mind to seek and explore by wisdom concerning all that has been done under heaven It is a grievous task which God has given to the sons of men to be afflicted with. God made the expanse, and separated the waters which were below the expanse from the waters which were above the expanse; and it was so.
