Also in Horeb you provoked the LORD to wrath, so that the LORD was angry with you to have destroyed you.

And in the greatness of your excellency you have overthrown them that rose up against you: you sent forth your wrath, which consumed them as stubble.

Now therefore let me alone, that my wrath may grow hot against them, and that I may consume them: and I will make of you a great nation. When God heard this, he was full of anger, and greatly abhorred Israel:

But you have cast off and abhorred, you have been angry with your anointed.
