And the Lord said, Simon, Simon, behold Satan hath desired to have you, that he might sift you as wheat.

For I know this, that after my departure grievous wolves will enter in among you, not sparing the flock.

For the time will come, when they will not endure sound doctrine, but will heap to themselves teachers, according to their own desires, having itching ears.

There remaineth therefore a rest for the people of God. For he that hath entered into his rest, hath himself also ceased from his works, as God did from his. Let us labour, therefore, to enter into that rest, lest any one should fall, after the same example of unbelief.
