4 Bible Verses about Busybodies

For we hear that some of you are living in idleness, refusing to work, but [instead] are just being busybodies.

And on top of that, they learn to be idle, going around from house to house; and not only idle, but also gossips and busybodies, talking about things they should not be.

[However], you should not have to suffer for murdering, stealing, doing evil or interfering in the affairs of others.

For we hear that some of you are living in idleness, refusing to work, but [instead] are just being busybodies. Now we command and urge such people, in [the fellowship of] the Lord Jesus Christ, that they work quietly and earn their own living.
