saying unto them, Go into the village over-against you, and ye will find directly an ass tied and a colt with her: loose them and bring them to me: and if any one say any thing to you, tell him the Lord hath need of them, and he will immediately send them. behold, thy king cometh unto thee, meek, and sitting upon an ass, even a colt the fole of an ass. And the disciples went, and did as Jesus ordered them, and brought the ass and the colt, and threw their clothes over them, and set Him upon them.

and saith to them, Go into the village over against you, and as soon as ye enter into it, ye will find a colt tied, on which no man hath yet sat; loose him, and bring him to me. And if any one say to you, Why do ye so? tell him, that the Lord hath need of it, and he will immediately send it hither. And they went and found the colt tied at a door abroad, where two ways met, and they untied it.read more.
And some of the people that stood there, said to them, What do ye mean by untying the colt? And they answered them as Jesus had ordered, and they permitted them. So they brought the colt to Jesus, and laid their garments on it, and He sat upon it.

saying, Go into the opposite village, in which, at your entring, ye will find a colt tied, on which no man ever yet sat; loose him and bring him hither. And if any one ask you, Why do ye loose him? thus shall ye say unto him, The Lord hath need of him. And they that were sent, went away and found it as He had told them.read more.
But as they were untying the colt, the owners of it said to them, Why do ye untie the colt? and they answered, The Lord hath need of him. And they brought him to Jesus: and throwing their garments upon the colt they set Jesus thereon.

as it is written, "Fear not, O daughter of Sion, behold thy king cometh sitting on an ass's colt."
