Come to me, all of you who toil and carry burdens, and I, yes, I, will lead you into rest.

No one can come to me unless the Father who sent me draws him to me; then I myself will raise him to life on the last day.

So He continued, "This is why I told you that no one can come to me, unless it is granted to him by my Father."

All that my Father gives to me will come to me, and I will never, no, never reject anyone who comes to me,

Then His disciples came up to Him and asked, "Do you know that the Pharisees were knocked breathless to hear what you have just said?"

But He did not answer her a word. And His disciples came up and kept begging Him, "Send her away, for she keeps on screaming after us."

On the same day some Sadducees, who claim that there is no resurrection, came up to Him, and asked this question:

And he went straight up to Jesus and said, "Good evening, Rabbi," and affectionately kissed Him.

He said to them, "Come and you will see." So they went and saw where He was staying, and they spent the rest of the day with Him; it was about four in the afternoon.

Then Nathaniel said to him, "Can anything good come out of Nazareth?" Philip said to him, "Come and see."

So the people left town and rushed out to see Him.

One of them, Nicodemus, who had formerly gone to Jesus, said to them,
