Beloved, let us love one another: for love is from God; and every one that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God. He that loveth not, knoweth not God; for God is love.
And the Lord make you to increase and abound in love one towards another, and towards all men, even as we do towards you:
For God hath not given us the spirit of fear, but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.
And we have known and believed the love that God hath to us. God is love: and he that dwelleth in love, dwelleth in God, and God in him.
By this we perceive the love of God, because he laid down his life for us: and we ought to lay down our lives for the brethren.
In this is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins.
Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.
And walk in love, as Christ also hath loved us, and hath given himself for us an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweet-smelling savor.
But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, long-suffering, gentleness, goodness, faith,
And hope maketh not ashamed, because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts, by the Holy Spirit which is given to us.
Now I beseech you, brethren, for the Lord Jesus Christ's sake, and for the love of the Spirit, that ye strive together with me in your prayers to God for me;
The LORD appeared of old to me, saying, I have loved thee with an everlasting love: therefore with loving-kindness have I drawn thee.
Thou in thy mercy hast led forth the people which thou hast redeemed: thou hast guided them in thy strength to thy holy habitation.

And I will betroth thee to me for ever; yes, I will betroth thee to me in righteousness, and in judgment, and in loving-kindness, and in mercies.
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only-begotten Son, that whoever believeth in him, should not perish, but have everlasting life.
If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father's commandments, and abide in his love.

And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men have loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.
For Demas hath forsaken me, having loved this present world, and hath departed to Thessalonica; Crescens to Galatia, Titus to Dalmatia.
Who have forsaken the right way, and gone astray, following the way of Balaam the son of Bosor, who loved the wages of unrighteousness;
Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man loveth the world, the love of the Father is not in him.
Charity suffereth long, and is kind; charity envieth not; charity vaunteth not itself, is not puffed up, Doth not behave itself unseemly, seeketh not its own, is not easily provoked, thinketh no evil; Rejoiceth not in iniquity, but rejoiceth in the truth;read more.
Beareth all things, believeth all things, hopeth all things, endureth all things. Charity never faileth: but whether there are prophecies, they shall fail; whether there are languages, they shall cease; whether there is knowledge, it shall vanish away.
Let love be without dissimulation. Abhor that which is evil; cleave to that which is good.
Now the end of the commandment is charity out of a pure heart, and of a good conscience, and of faith unfeigned:
Seeing ye have purified your souls in obeying the truth through the Spirit to unfeigned love of the brethren, see that ye love one another with a pure heart fervently:
There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth, is not made perfect in love.
But he who hath this world's good, and seeth his brother have need, and shutteth up his bowels of compassion from him, how dwelleth the love of God in him? My little children, let us not love in word, neither in tongue, but in deed and in truth.
If ye love me, keep my commandments.
But God commendeth his love towards us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.
But if thy brother is grieved with thy food, now walkest thou not charitably. Destroy not him with thy food, for whom Christ died.
I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless, I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh, I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.
In this was manifested the love of God towards us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him.
By this we know that we love the children of God, when we love God, and keep his commandments. For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments; and his commandments are not grievous.
And now abideth faith, hope, charity, these three; but the greatest of these is charity.

For this, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not kill, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness, Thou shalt not covet; and if there is any other commandment, it is briefly comprehended in this saying, namely, Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself. Love worketh no ill to one's neighbor: therefore love is the fulfilling of the law.
For in Jesus Christ neither circumcision availeth any thing, nor uncircumcision; but faith which worketh by love.
That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that ye, being rooted and grounded in love, May be able to comprehend with all saints what is the breadth, and length, and depth, and highth. And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye may be filled with all the fullness of God.
And above all these things put on charity, which is the bond of perfectness.
He that loveth his brother abideth in the light, and there is no occasion of stumbling in him.
