But thou shalt open thy hand wide to him, and shalt surely lend him sufficient for his need, in that which he wanteth.

For when for the time ye ought to be teachers, ye have need of one to teach you again which are the first principles of the oracles of God; and are become such as have need of milk, and not of strong food.

But John forbad him, saying, I have need to be baptized by thee, and comest thou to me?

But one thing is needful; and Mary hath chosen that good part, which shall not be taken away from her.

He saith to them, How many loaves have ye? go and see. And when they knew, they say, Five, and two fishes. And he commanded them to make all sit down by companies upon the green grass. And they sat down in ranks, by hundreds, and by fifties. And when he had taken the five loaves, and the two fishes, he looked up to heaven, and blessed, and broke the loaves, and gave them to his disciples to set before them; and the two fishes he divided among them all. And they all ate, and were satisfied. And they took up twelve baskets full of the fragments, and of the fishes.

And a woman having an issue of blood twelve years, who had spent all her living upon physicians, neither could be healed by any, Came behind him, and touched the border of his garment: and immediately her issue of blood stanched. And Jesus said, Who touched me? When all denied, Peter, and they that were with him, said, Master, the multitude throng thee, and press thee, and sayest thou, Who touched me?read more.
And Jesus said, Somebody hath touched me: for I perceive that virtue hath gone out of me. And when the woman saw that she was not hid, she came trembling, and falling down before him, she declared to him before all the people for what cause she had touched him, and how she was healed immediately. And he said to her, Daughter, be of good comfort: thy faith hath made thee whole; go in peace.

For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly. For scarcely for a righteous man will one die: yet perhaps for a good man some would even dare to die. But God commendeth his love towards us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.

Honor widows that are widows indeed. But if any widow hath children or nephews, let them learn first to show piety at home, and to requite their parents: for that is good and acceptable before God. Now she that is a widow indeed, and desolate, trusteth in God, and continueth in supplications and prayers night and day.read more.
But she that liveth in pleasure, is dead while she liveth. And these things give in charge, that they may be blameless. But if any provideth not for his own, and especially for those of his own house, he hath denied the faith, and is worse than an infidel.
