Now when they had gone, behold, an angel of the Lord *appeared to Joseph in a dream and said, “Get up! Take the Child and His mother and flee to Egypt, and remain there until I tell you; for Herod is going to search for the Child to destroy Him.”

Then Jerusalem was going out to him, and all Judea and all the district around the Jordan;

Going on from there He saw two other brothers, James the son of Zebedee, and John his brother, in the boat with Zebedee their father, mending their nets; and He called them.

The demons began to entreat Him, saying, “If You are going to cast us out, send us into the herd of swine.”

As they were going out, a mute, demon-possessed man was brought to Him.

Jesus was going through all the cities and villages, teaching in their synagogues and proclaiming the gospel of the kingdom, and healing every kind of disease and every kind of sickness.

“But whenever they persecute you in one city, flee to the next; for truly I say to you, you will not finish going through the cities of Israel until the Son of Man comes.

As these men were going away, Jesus began to speak to the crowds about John, “What did you go out into the wilderness to see? A reed shaken by the wind?

but I say to you that Elijah already came, and they did not recognize him, but did to him whatever they wished. So also the Son of Man is going to suffer at their hands.”

And while they were gathering together in Galilee, Jesus said to them, “The Son of Man is going to be delivered into the hands of men;

“Behold, we are going up to Jerusalem; and the Son of Man will be delivered to the chief priests and scribes, and they will condemn Him to death,

As they were leaving Jericho, a large crowd followed Him.

The crowds going ahead of Him, and those who followed, were shouting,“Hosanna to the Son of David;Blessed is He who comes in the name of the Lord;Hosanna in the highest!”

Jesus came out from the temple and was going away when His disciples came up to point out the temple buildings to Him.

The foolish said to the prudent, ‘Give us some of your oil, for our lamps are going out.’

And while they were going away to make the purchase, the bridegroom came, and those who were ready went in with him to the wedding feast; and the door was shut.

Get up, let us be going; behold, the one who betrays Me is at hand!”

and saying, “You who are going to destroy the temple and rebuild it in three days, save Yourself! If You are the Son of God, come down from the cross.”

Go quickly and tell His disciples that He has risen from the dead; and behold, He is going ahead of you into Galilee, there you will see Him; behold, I have told you.”

And all the country of Judea was going out to him, and all the people of Jerusalem; and they were being baptized by him in the Jordan River, confessing their sins.

As He was going along by the Sea of Galilee, He saw Simon and Andrew, the brother of Simon, casting a net in the sea; for they were fishermen.

Going on a little farther, He saw James the son of Zebedee, and John his brother, who were also in the boat mending the nets.

And He *said to them, “Come away by yourselves to a secluded place and rest a while.” (For there were many people coming and going, and they did not even have time to eat.)

The people saw them going, and many recognized them and ran there together on foot from all the cities, and got there ahead of them.

there is nothing outside the man which can defile him if it goes into him; but the things which proceed out of the man are what defile the man.

And going back to her home, she found the child lying on the bed, the demon having left.

They were on the road going up to Jerusalem, and Jesus was walking on ahead of them; and they were amazed, and those who followed were fearful. And again He took the twelve aside and began to tell them what was going to happen to Him,

saying, “Behold, we are going up to Jerusalem, and the Son of Man will be delivered to the chief priests and the scribes; and they will condemn Him to death and will hand Him over to the Gentiles.

Then they *came to Jericho. And as He was leaving Jericho with His disciples and a large crowd, a blind beggar named Bartimaeus, the son of Timaeus, was sitting by the road.

Truly I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be taken up and cast into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that what he says is going to happen, it will be granted him.

As He was going out of the temple, one of His disciples *said to Him, “Teacher, behold what wonderful stones and what wonderful buildings!”

“Tell us, when will these things be, and what will be the sign when all these things are going to be fulfilled?”

Get up, let us be going; behold, the one who betrays Me is at hand!”

Those passing by were hurling abuse at Him, wagging their heads, and saying, “Ha! You who are going to destroy the temple and rebuild it in three days,

But go, tell His disciples and Peter, ‘He is going ahead of you to Galilee; there you will see Him, just as He told you.’”

And it happened that on the eighth day they came to circumcise the child, and they were going to call him Zacharias, after his father.

So he began saying to the crowds who were going out to be baptized by him, “You brood of vipers, who warned you to flee from the wrath to come?

When day came, Jesus left and went to a secluded place; and the crowds were searching for Him, and came to Him and tried to keep Him from going away from them.

Soon afterwards He went to a city called Nain; and His disciples were going along with Him, accompanied by a large crowd.

Departing, they began going throughout the villages, preaching the gospel and healing everywhere.

“Let these words sink into your ears; for the Son of Man is going to be delivered into the hands of men.”

As they were going along the road, someone said to Him, “I will follow You wherever You go.”

Now after this the Lord appointed seventy others, and sent them in pairs ahead of Him to every city and place where He Himself was going to come.

Jesus replied and said, “A man was going down from Jerusalem to Jericho, and fell among robbers, and they stripped him and beat him, and went away leaving him half dead.

And by chance a priest was going down on that road, and when he saw him, he passed by on the other side.

For while you are going with your opponent to appear before the magistrate, on your way there make an effort to settle with him, so that he may not drag you before the judge, and the judge turn you over to the officer, and the officer throw you into prison.

Another one said, ‘I have bought five yoke of oxen, and I am going to try them out; please consider me excused.’

Now large crowds were going along with Him; and He turned and said to them,

When He saw them, He said to them, “Go and show yourselves to the priests.” And as they were going, they were cleansed.

Then He took the twelve aside and said to them, “Behold, we are going up to Jerusalem, and all things which are written through the prophets about the Son of Man will be accomplished.

Now hearing a crowd going by, he began to inquire what this was.

While they were listening to these things, Jesus went on to tell a parable, because He was near Jerusalem, and they supposed that the kingdom of God was going to appear immediately.

After He had said these things, He was going on ahead, going up to Jerusalem.

As He was going, they were spreading their coats on the road.

For indeed, the Son of Man is going as it has been determined; but woe to that man by whom He is betrayed!”

And they began to discuss among themselves which one of them it might be who was going to do this thing.

When those who were around Him saw what was going to happen, they said, “Lord, shall we strike with the sword?”

And behold, two of them were going that very day to a village named Emmaus, which was about seven miles from Jerusalem.

But we were hoping that it was He who was going to redeem Israel. Indeed, besides all this, it is the third day since these things happened.

And they approached the village where they were going, and He acted as though He were going farther.

As he was now going down, his slaves met him, saying that his son was living.

So they were willing to receive Him into the boat, and immediately the boat was at the land to which they were going.

Now He meant Judas the son of Simon Iscariot, for he, one of the twelve, was going to betray Him.

Others were saying, “This is the Christ.” Still others were saying, “Surely the Christ is not going to come from Galilee, is He?

Jesus answered and said to them, “Even if I testify about Myself, My testimony is true, for I know where I came from and where I am going; but you do not know where I come from or where I am going.

So the Jews were saying, “Surely He will not kill Himself, will He, since He says, ‘Where I am going, you cannot come’?”

The disciples *said to Him, “Rabbi, the Jews were just now seeking to stone You, and are You going there again?”

Then the Jews who were with her in the house, and consoling her, when they saw that Mary got up quickly and went out, they followed her, supposing that she was going to the tomb to weep there.

Now he did not say this on his own initiative, but being high priest that year, he prophesied that Jesus was going to die for the nation,

because on account of him many of the Jews were going away and were believing in Jesus.

Now there were some Greeks among those who were going up to worship at the feast;

Little children, I am with you a little while longer. You will seek Me; and as I said to the Jews, now I also say to you, ‘Where I am going, you cannot come.’

Simon Peter *said to Him, “Lord, where are You going?” Jesus answered, “Where I go, you cannot follow Me now; but you will follow later.”

And you know the way where I am going.”

Thomas *said to Him, “Lord, we do not know where You are going, how do we know the way?”

Judas (not Iscariot) *said to Him, “Lord, what then has happened that You are going to disclose Yourself to us and not to the world?”

“But now I am going to Him who sent Me; and none of you asks Me, ‘Where are You going?’

So Peter and the other disciple went forth, and they were going to the tomb.

Simon Peter *said to them, “I am going fishing.” They *said to him, “We will also come with you.” They went out and got into the boat; and that night they caught nothing.

But going on from Perga, they arrived at Pisidian Antioch, and on the Sabbath day they went into the synagogue and sat down.

As Paul and Barnabas were going out, the people kept begging that these things might be spoken to them the next Sabbath.

It happened that as we were going to the place of prayer, a slave-girl having a spirit of divination met us, who was bringing her masters much profit by fortune-telling.
