'Land' in the Bible

His descendants will be powerful in the land;the generation of the upright will be blessed.

I will walk before the LORD in the land of the living.

I am a stranger in the land; hide not thy commandments from me.

The scepter of the wicked will not remainover the land allotted to the righteous,so that the righteous will not apply their hands to injustice.
