'May' in the Bible
In God will I give praise to his word; in God have I put my hope; I will have no fear of what flesh may do to me.
In God have I put my hope, I will have no fear of what man may do to me.
For thou hast delivered my soul from death: wilt not thou deliver my feet from falling, that I may walk before God in the light of the living?
May he send help from heaven and deliver me from my enemies who hurl insults! (Selah) May God send his loyal love and faithfulness!

Blessed is the man whom thou choosest, and causest to approach unto thee, that he may dwell in thy courts: we shall be satisfied with the goodness of thy house, even of thy holy temple.
He is ruling in power for ever; his eyes are watching the nations: may his haters have no strength against him. (Selah.)
Come, give ear to me, all you God-fearing men, so that I may make clear to you what he has done for my soul.

As for me, LORD, may my prayer to you come at a favorable time. God, in the abundance of your gracious love, answer me with your sure deliverance.
Deliver me from the mire and do not let me sink;May I be delivered from my foes and from the deep waters.
May the flood of water not overflow meNor the deep swallow me up,Nor the pit shut its mouth on me.
May their dining tables entrap them, and become a snare for their allies.
May their eyes be blinded and may their bodies tremble continuously.
May you pour out your fury on them. May your burning anger overtake them.
Make their fortification desolate;may no one live in their tents.
May you punish them for their crimes; may they receive no verdict of innocence from you.
May they be erased from the Book of Life, and their names not be written with the righteous.
As for me, I am afflicted and hurting; may your deliverance, God, establish me on high.
Let me praise the name of God with a song that I may magnify him with thanksgiving.
The afflicted will watch and rejoice. May you who seek God take courage.
For God will save Zion, and will build the cities of Judah: that they may dwell there, and have it in possession.
May those who seek to kill me be publicly humiliated. May those who take pleasure in my harm be turned back in humiliation.
May those who say "Aha! Aha!" be turned back because of their shameful deeds.
Let those who seek you greatly rejoice in you. Let those who love your deliverance say, "May God be continuously exalted."
Be thou my strong habitation, whereunto I may continually resort: thou hast given commandment to save me; for thou art my rock and my fortress.
May my adversaries be disgraced and destroyed;may those who seek my harmbe covered with disgrace and humiliation.
My mouth will make clear your righteousness and your salvation all the day; for they are more than may be measured.
May he rule your people with right decisions and your oppressed ones with justice.
May the mountains bring prosperity to the peopleand the hills, righteousness.
May he vindicate the afflicted among the people,help the poor,and crush the oppressor.
May he continue while the sun enduresand as long as the moon, throughout all generations.
May he be like rain that falls on the cut grass,like spring showers that water the earth.
May the righteous flourish in his daysand prosperity abounduntil the moon is no more.
May he rule from sea to seaand from the Euphratesto the ends of the earth.
May desert tribes kneel before himand his enemies lick the dust.
May the kings of Tarshishand the coasts and islands bring tribute,the kings of Sheba and Seba offer gifts.
May all kings bow down to him, and all nations serve him.
May he live long!May gold from Sheba be given to him.May prayer be offered for him continually,and may he be blessed all day long.
May there be plenty of grain in the land;may it wave on the tops of the mountains.May its crops be like Lebanon.May people flourish in the citieslike the grass of the field.
May his name endure forever;as long as the sun shines,may his fame increase.May all nations be blessed by himand call him blessed.
May the Lord God, the God of Israel,who alone does wonders, be praised.
May His glorious name be praised forever;the whole earth is filled with His glory.Amen and amen.
My flesh and my heart may fail,but God is the strength of my heart,my portion forever.
But it is good for me to draw near to God: I have put my trust in the Lord GOD, that I may declare all thy works.
Thou, even thou, art to be feared: and who may stand in thy sight when once thou art angry?
I cry out with my voice to God; with my voice to God, that he may hear me.
Your way was in the seaAnd Your paths in the mighty waters,And Your footprints may not be known.
That the generation to come might know, even the children yet to be born,That they may arise and tell them to their children,
Why should the nations say, "Where is their God?" Before our very eyes may the shed blood of your servants be avenged among the nations!
Pay back our neighbors in full! May they be insulted the same way they insulted you, O Lord!
O God, restore us, and cause your face to shine that we may be saved.
God of the Heavenly Armies, restore us and show your favor, so we may be delivered.
Why are its walls broken down by your hands, so that all who go by may take its fruit?
It is burned with fire, it is cut down;They perish at the rebuke of Your [angry] appearance.
May you support the man at your right hand; the son of man whom you have raised for yourself.
O Yahweh God [of] hosts, restore us; cause your face to shine that we may be saved.
I am the LORD your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, open your mouth that I may fill it.
(May those who hate the Lord cower in fear before him! May they be permanently humiliated!)
They have said, Come, and let us cut them off from being a nation; that the name of Israel may be no more in remembrance.
Fill their faces with shame; that they may seek thy name, O LORD.
May they be humiliated and continually terrified! May they die in shame!
That men may know that thou, whose name alone is JEHOVAH, art the most high over all the earth.
Yea, the sparrow hath found an house, and the swallow a nest for herself, where she may lay her young, even thine altars, O LORD of hosts, my King, and my God.
Wilt thou not revive us again: that thy people may rejoice in thee?
Let me listen to what God, the LORD, says; for the LORD will promise peace to his people, to his holy ones; may they not return to foolishness.
Surely his salvation is nigh them that fear him; that glory may dwell in our land.
Teach me your ways, LORD, that I may walk in your truth; let me wholeheartedly revere your name.
Shew me a token for good; that they which hate me may see it, and be ashamed: because thou, LORD, hast holpen me, and comforted me.
O Lord, God of my salvation, I have been crying to you for help by day and by night:
May my prayer reach Your presence;listen to my cry.
May the Lord be praised forever.Amen and amen.
So teach us to number our days, that we may apply our hearts unto wisdom.
O satisfy us early with thy mercy; that we may rejoice and be glad all our days.
