'One' in the Bible
The heart of one who has understanding seeks knowledge, but the mouths of fools feed on folly.
All the days of the afflicted are bad, but one with a cheerful heart has a continual feast.
A quick-tempered person stirs up dissension, but one who is slow to anger calms a quarrel.
A wise son brings joy to his father,but a foolish man despises his mother.
Foolishness brings joy to one without sense,but a man with understanding walks a straight path.
The one who profits dishonestly troubles his household,but the one who hates bribes will live.
The one who refuses correction despises himself, but whoever hears reproof acquires understanding.
Every one that is proud in heart is an abomination to the LORD: though hand join in hand, he shall not be unpunished.
Wickedness is atoned for by loyalty and faithfulness,and one turns from evil by the fear of the Lord.
Righteous lips are a king’s delight,and he loves one who speaks honestly.
