'Outcasts' in the Bible
If your outcasts are at the ends of the earth, from there the Lord your God will gather you, and from there He will bring you back.
The Lord builds up Jerusalem;He gathers the outcasts of Israel.
“Give us advice, make a decision;Cast your shadow like night at high noon;Hide the outcasts, do not betray the fugitive.
“Let the outcasts of Moab stay with you;Be a hiding place to them from the destroyer.”For the extortioner has come to an end, destruction has ceased,Oppressors have completely disappeared from the land.

“I will make the lame a remnantAnd the outcasts a strong nation,And the Lord will reign over them in Mount ZionFrom now on and forever.
They will make you outcasts from the synagogue, but an hour is coming for everyone who kills you to think that he is offering service to God.
