'Partners' in the Bible
Arabia and all the princes of Kedar were your business partners, trading with you in lambs, rams, and goats.
So they signaled to their partners in the other boat to come and help them; they came and filled both boats so full that they began to sink.
and so were James and John, Zebedee’s sons, who were Simon’s partners.“Don’t be afraid,” Jesus told Simon. “From now on you will be catching people!”
Look at the people of Israel. Do not those who eat the sacrifices participate in what is offered on the altar?
No, but I do say that what they sacrifice, they sacrifice to demons and not to God. I do not want you to participate with demons!
The Gentiles are coheirs, members of the same body, and partners of the promise in Christ Jesus through the gospel.
Therefore, do not become their partners.
It is right for me to think this way about all of you, because I have you in my heart, and you are all partners with me in grace, both in my imprisonment and in the defense and establishment of the gospel.
