'Prolongs' in the Bible

God prolongs the life of the strong by his power, but they get up in the morning without purpose in life.

The fear of the Lord prolongs life,but the years of the wicked are cut short.

A leader who lacks understandingis very oppressive,but one who hates dishonest profitprolongs his life.

I have seen everything during my lifetime of futility; there is a righteous man who perishes in his righteousness and there is a wicked man who prolongs his life in his wickedness.
