'Ramps' in the Bible

So King Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon came against Jerusalem with his whole army and set up camp outside it. They built siege ramps all around it. He arrived on the tenth day of the tenth month in the ninth year of Zedekiah's reign.

His troops march in a column against me, erecting their siege ramps against me; they surround my tent."

On my right the young rabble rise up; they drive me from place to place, and build up siege ramps against me.

There was a little city with few men in it. A great king came against it, surrounded it, and built massive siege ramps against it.

I will camp in a circle around you;I will besiege you with earth ramps,and I will set up my siege towers against you.

Look! Siege ramps have come against the city to capture it, and the city, as a result of the sword, famine, and plague, has been handed over to the Chaldeans who are fighting against it. What You have spoken has happened. Look, You can see it!

For this is what the Lord, the God of Israel, says concerning the houses of this city and the palaces of Judah’s kings, the ones torn down for defense against the siege ramps and the sword:

Pharaoh will not help him with his great army and vast horde in battle, when ramps are built and siege walls constructed to destroy many lives.

He'll execute your citizens who live on the mainland with swords. He'll build siege engines to attack you. Then he'll construct siege ramps against you and build huge shields to protect themselves against you.

And the king of the north will come, and he will throw up siege ramps and capture a city of fortifications and the military forces of the south and {his choice troops} will not stand, for there is no strength [left] to resist.

They mock kings,and rulers are a joke to them.They laugh at every fortressand build siege ramps to capture it.
