'Remember' in the Bible
But someone testified somewhere, saying, "What is man, that you remember him, or the son of man, that you care for him?
For I will be merciful toward their wrongdoings, and I will not remember their sins [any] longer."
[He] also [says], "Their sins and their lawless deeds I will never remember again."
But remember the former days in which, [after you] were enlightened, you endured a great struggle with sufferings,
And if they remember that [land] from which they went out, they would have had opportunity to return.
Remember the prisoners, as [though you were] fellow-prisoners; [remember] the mistreated, as [though] [you] yourselves also are being [mistreated] in the body.
Remember your leaders, who spoke the word of God to you; {considering the outcome of their way of life}, imitate their faith.
