'Stained' in the Bible

If my step has turned from the way,my heart has followed my eyes,or impurity has stained my hands,

Who is this coming from Edomin crimson-stained garments from Bozrah—this One who is splendid in His apparel,rising up proudly in His great might?It is I, proclaiming vindication,powerful to save.
