And Jesus said to them, "{The bridegroom's attendants} are not able to mourn as long as the bridegroom is with them. But days are coming when the bridegroom is taken away from them, and then they will fast.

For whoever has, to him [more] will be given, and he will have an abundance. But whoever does not have, even what he has will be taken away from him.

For this [reason], I tell you that the kingdom of God will be taken away from you and will be given to a people who produce its fruits.

For to everyone who has, [more] will be given, and he will have an abundance. But from the one who does not have, even what he has will be taken away from him.

And [after they] had assembled with the elders and had taken counsel, they gave a rather large sum of money to the soldiers,
