'Removes' in the Bible
“It is God who removes the mountains, and they do not know it,When He overturns them in His anger;
He who quarries stones may be hurt with them, and he who splits logs may be endangered by them.
The Lord has removed [His] people far away,And there are many deserted places in the midst of the land.
“It is He who changes the times and the seasons;He removes kings and establishes kings.He gives wisdom to the wiseAnd [greater] knowledge to those who have understanding!
“On that day they shall take up a [taunting, deriding] parable against youAnd wail with a doleful and bitter song of mourning and say,‘We are completely destroyed!God exchanges the inheritance of my people;How He removes it from me!He divides our fields to the rebellious [our captors].’
but if we [really] walk in the Light [that is, live each and every day in conformity with the precepts of God], as He Himself is in the Light, we have [true, unbroken] fellowship with one another [He with us, and we with Him], and the blood of Jesus His Son cleanses us from all sin [by erasing the stain of sin, keeping us cleansed from sin in all its forms and manifestations].
