'Ends of the Earth' in the Bible

He will also lift up a standard to the distant nation,And will whistle for it from the ends of the earth;And behold, it will come with speed swiftly.

From the ends of the earth we hear songs, “Glory to the Righteous One,”But I say, “Woe to me! Woe to me! Alas for me!The treacherous deal treacherously,And the treacherous deal very treacherously.”

Do you not know? Have you not heard?The Everlasting God, the Lord, the Creator of the ends of the earthDoes not become weary or tired.His understanding is inscrutable.

The coastlands have seen and are afraid;The ends of the earth tremble;They have drawn near and have come.

The Lord has bared His holy armIn the sight of all the nations,That all the ends of the earth may seeThe salvation of our God.
