'In Me' in the Bible

“And I will betroth you (Israel) to Me forever;Yes, I will betroth you to Me in righteousness and in justice,In lovingkindness and loyalty, and in compassion.

How can I give you up, O Ephraim?How can I surrender you, O Israel?How can I make you like Admah?How can I treat you like Zeboiim?My heart recoils within Me;All My compassions are kindled together [for My nation of Israel].

It is your destruction, O Israel,Because you are against Me, [and have rebelled] against your help.
