'Small and Great' in the Bible

And the nations were angry, and thy wrath is come, and the time of the dead; that they should be judged and that thou shouldest give reward unto thy servants the prophets and saints, and to them that fear thy name, small and great, and shouldest destroy them, which destroy the earth."

And he made all men, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hands, or in their foreheads.

And a voice came out of the seat, saying, "Praise our Lord God all ye that are his servants, and ye that fear him, both small and great."

that ye may eat the flesh of kings, and of high captains, and the flesh of mighty men, and the flesh of horses, and of them that sit on them, and the flesh of all free men and bond men, and of small and great."
