'Convincing' in the Bible
and they saw [a manifestation of] the God of Israel; and under His feet there appeared to be a pavement of sapphire, just as clear as the sky itself.
After He had suffered, He also presented Himself alive to them by many convincing proofs, appearing to them during 40 days and speaking about the kingdom of God.
Now Herod was having an angry quarrel with the people of Tyre and Sidon. So they joined together and presented themselves before him. So Paul entered the synagogue and spoke out fearlessly for three months, addressing and convincing them about the kingdom of God.
