All my enemies shall be ashamed and shall be very terrified. They shall turn back; they shall suddenly be ashamed.

He says in his heart, "I shall not be moved {throughout all generations}, [during] which [I will have] no trouble."

What shall I give back to Yahweh [for] all his benefits to me?

What shall be given to you, and what more shall be done to you, deceitful tongue?

For the scepter of wickedness shall not rest on the {land} of the righteous, lest the righteous stretch out their hands to do wickedness.

He who diligently goes [out] with weeping, carrying the seed bag, shall certainly come [in] with rejoicing, carrying his sheaves.

O daughter of Babylon, about to be devastated, happy [shall be he] who pays back to you {what you paid out to us}.
