'Nothing' in the Bible
but worldly cares, the seductiveness of wealth, and the desire for other things come in and choke the word, and it produces nothing.
For nothing is hidden except to be revealed, and nothing concealed except to be brought to light.
He instructed them to take nothing for the journey except a staff -- no bread, no bag, no money in their belts --

After noticing in the distance a fig tree with leaves, he went to see if he could find any fruit on it. When he came to it he found nothing but leaves, for it was not the season for figs.
So Pilate asked him again, "Have you nothing to say? See how many charges they are bringing against you!"
Then they went out and ran from the tomb, for terror and bewilderment had seized them. And they said nothing to anyone, because they were afraid.
