Jeremiah 23:30

The Unfaithful Prophets

²⁹ “Is not My word like fire”—this is the Lord’s declaration—“and like a hammer that pulverizes rock? ³⁰ Therefore, take note! I am against the prophets”—the Lord’s declaration—“who steal My words from each other. ³¹ I am against the prophets”—the Lord’s declaration—“who use their own tongues to make a declaration.

Deuteronomy 18:20

But the prophet who dares to speak a message in My name that I have not commanded him to speak, or who speaks in the name of other gods—that prophet must die.’

Psalm 34:16

The face of the Lord is set
against those who do what is evil,
to erase all memory of them from the earth.

Leviticus 20:3

I will turn against that man and cut him off from his people, because he gave his offspring to Molech, defiling My sanctuary and profaning My holy name.

Leviticus 26:17

I will turn against you, so that you will be defeated by your enemies. Those who hate you will rule over you, and you will flee even though no one is pursuing you.

Jeremiah 44:11

Ezekiel 13:20
