'My People' in the Bible

And Jehovah said to me, Amos, what do you see? And I said, A plumbline. Then the Lord said, Behold, I will set a plumbline in the midst of My people Israel. I will not again pass by them any more.

And Jehovah took me from behind the flock, and Jehovah said to me, Go, prophesy to My people Israel.

And He said, Amos, what do you see? And I said, A basket of summer fruit. Then Jehovah said to me, The end has come to My people Israel: I will never pass by them any more.

All the sinners of My people shall die by the sword, who say, The evil shall not draw near, or come in front of us.

And I will turn back the captivity of My people Israel, and they shall build the cities which are desolate, and they shall live in them. And they shall plant vineyards and drink their wine. They shall also make gardens and eat their fruit.
