To do vengeance among nations, Punishments among the peoples. To bind their kings with chains, And their honoured ones with fetters of iron, To do among them the judgment written, An honour it is for all his saints. Praise ye Jah!

Not in the might of the horse doth He delight, Not in the legs of a man is He pleased. Jehovah is pleased with those fearing Him, With those waiting for His kindness.
Balances of deceit are an abomination to Jehovah, And a perfect weight is His delight.

O Jehovah, God of Hosts, turn us back, Cause Thy face to shine, and we are saved!
