Consider what I say, and the Lord will give you understanding in all things.

For Jehovah gives wisdom; out of His mouth come knowledge and understanding.

If there is a messenger for him, a mediator, one among a thousand, to declare for man his uprightness,

And while I was speaking, and praying, and confessing my sin, and the sin of my people Israel, and presenting my cry before Jehovah my God for the holy mountain of my God; yes, while I was speaking in prayer, even the man Gabriel, whom I had seen in the vision at the beginning, touched me in my severe exhaustion, about the time of the evening sacrifice. And he enlightened me, and talked with me, and said, O Daniel, I have now come out to give you skill and understanding.

And He opened their mind to understand the Scriptures. And He said to them, So it is written, and so it behoved Christ to suffer and to rise from the dead the third day, and that repentance and remission of sins should be proclaimed in His name among all nations, beginning at Jerusalem.

And beginning at Moses and all the Prophets, He expounded to them in all the Scriptures the things concerning Himself.

Then they understood that He did not say to beware of the leaven of bread, but of the doctrine of the Pharisees and Sadducees.

But as it is written, "Eye has not seen, nor ear heard," nor has it entered into the heart of man, "the things which God has prepared for those who love Him." But God has revealed them to us by His Spirit; for the Spirit searches all things, yea, the deep things of God. For who among men knows the things of a man except the spirit of man within him? So also no one knows the things of God except the Spirit of God.read more.
But we have not received the spirit of the world, but the Spirit from God, so that we might know the things that are freely given to us by God. These things we also speak, not in words which man's wisdom teaches, but which the Holy Spirit teaches, comparing spiritual things with spiritual.

And from forever they have not heard, nor did they listen. Eye has not seen a God except You, who works for him who waits for Him.

by which, when you read, you may understand my knowledge in the mystery of Christ) which in other ages was not made known to the sons of men, as it is now revealed to His holy apostles and prophets by the Spirit,

But the natural man does not receive the things of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him; neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.

the eyes of your understanding being enlightened, that you may know what is the hope of His calling, and what is the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints, and what is the surpassing greatness of His power toward us, the ones believing according to the working of His mighty strength

The woman said to Him, Sir, I perceive that you are a prophet.

yea, if you cry after knowledge and lift up your voice for understanding; if you seek her as silver, and search for her as for hidden treasures, then you shall understand the fear of Jehovah and find the knowledge of God.

My son, do not let them depart from your eyes; keep sound wisdom and judgment,

The heart of the prudent gets knowledge, and the ear of the wise seeks knowledge.

But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and with no reproach, and it shall be given to him.

And give to Your servant an understanding heart, to judge Your people, to discern between good and bad. For who is able to judge this, Your great people? Give me now wisdom and knowledge that I may go out and come in before this people. For who can judge this Your great people? Through Your Commandments I get understanding; therefore I hate every false way.

And He said to them, O fools and slow of heart to believe all things that the prophets spoke!

Jesus answered and said to him, Are you the teacher of Israel and do not know these things?

Then she ran and came to Simon Peter, and to the other disciple whom Jesus loved, and said to them, They have taken away the Lord out of the tomb, and we do not know where they have laid Him.
