Children, obey your parents, for this is right.
Jesus answered him, "If anyone really loves me, he will observe my teaching, and my Father will love him, and both of us will come in face-to-face fellowship with him; yes, we will make our special dwelling place with him.
But He said, "Yes, but better still, blessed are those who listen to God's message and practice it!"
Now love means this, that we keep on living in accordance with His commands. The command is this, that we continue to live in love.
You slaves must practice obedience to your earthly masters, with reverence and awe, with sincerity of heart, as you would obey Christ,
Children, practice obedience to your parents in everything, for this is acceptable in Christians.
Continue to obey and to be submissive to your leaders, for they are ever watching in defense of your souls, as men who will have to give account of their trust. Treat them in this way, so that they may work with joy and not with grief.

For just as by that man's disobedience the whole race of men were constituted sinners, so by this One's obedience the whole race of men may be brought into right standing with God.
As obedient children, stop molding your character by the evil desires you used to cherish when you did not know any better,
but whoever practices obedience to His message really has a perfect love of God in his heart. By this we can be sure that we are in union with Him:
in a flame of fire, who will take vengeance on those who do not know God, that is, those who will not listen to the good news of our Lord Jesus.

For if by one man's offense death reigned through that one, to a much greater degree will those who continue to receive the overflow of His unmerited favor and His gift of right standing with Himself, reign in real life through One, Jesus Christ. So, as through one offense there resulted condemnation for all men, just so through one act of uprightness there resulted right standing involving life for all men. So Christ too did not take upon Himself the glory of being appointed High Priest, but it was God who said: "You are my Son; I have today become your Father," as also in another passage He says: "You are a priest forever, belonging to the rank of Melchizedek." For during His human life He offered up prayers and entreaties, crying aloud with tears to Him who was always able to save Him out of death, and because of His beautiful spirit of worship His prayer was heard. read more.
