"No, sir," she said, "but even the dogs eat the crumbs that fall from their master's table."
She answered him, "No, sir, but under the table the dogs do pick up the children's crumbs."

so, even as my Father has assigned me royal power, I assign you the right of eating and drinking at my table in my Realm and of sitting on thrones to rule the twelve tribes of Israel.

The cup of blessing, which we bless, is that not participating in the blood of Christ? The bread we break, is that not participating in the body of Christ? Do I imply, you ask, that 'food offered to an idol has any meaning, or that an idol itself means any thing'? No, what I imply is that anything people sacrifice is sacrificed to daemons, not to God. And I do not want you to participate in daemons!
