'Father' in the Bible

“Among us are both the gray-haired and the aged,Older than your father.

If I call out to the pit (grave), ‘You are my father’;And to the worm [that feeds on decay], ‘You are my mother and my sister [because I will soon be closest to you],’

“I was a father to the needy;I investigated the case I did not know [and assured justice].

(But from my youth the orphan grew up with me as with a father,And from my mother’s womb I have been the widow’s guide),

“Has the rain a father?Or who has begotten the drops of dew?

In all the land there were found no women so fair as the daughters of Job; and their father gave them an inheritance among their brothers.
