'Genealogy' in the Bible

This is a record of Esau's genealogy, that is, of Edom.

These are the names of the sons of Leviaccording to their genealogy:Gershon, Kohath, and Merari.Levi lived 137 years.

The sons of Merari:Mahli and Mushi.These are the clans of the Levitesaccording to their genealogy.

Now this is the genealogy of Perez:Perez fathered Hezron.
