'Hands' in the Bible
Yahweh my God, if I have done this,if there is injustice on my hands,
You made him lord over the works of Your hands;You put everything under his feet:
Be gracious to me, Lord;consider my affliction at the hands of those who hate me.Lift me up from the gates of death,
The Lord has revealed Himself;He has executed justice,striking down the wickedby the work of their hands.Higgaion. Selah
But You Yourself have seen trouble and grief,observing it in order to take the matter into Your hands.The helpless entrusts himself to You;You are a helper of the fatherless.
The Lord rewarded meaccording to my righteousness;He repaid meaccording to the cleanness of my hands.
So the Lord repaid meaccording to my righteousness,according to the cleanness of my hands in His sight.
He trains my hands for war;my arms can bend a bow of bronze.
For the choir director. A Davidic psalm.The heavens declare the glory of God,and the sky proclaims the work of His hands.
For dogs have surrounded me;a gang of evildoers has closed in on me;they pierced my hands and my feet.
The one who has clean hands and a pure heart,who has not set his mind on what is false,and who has not sworn deceitfully.
I wash my hands in innocenceand go around Your altar, Lord,
in whose hands are evil schemesand whose right hands are filled with bribes.
Listen to the sound of my pleadingwhen I cry to You for help,when I lift up my handstoward Your holy sanctuary.
Repay them according to what they have done—according to the evil of their deeds.Repay them according to the work of their hands;give them back what they deserve.
Because they do not considerwhat the Lord has doneor the work of His hands,He will tear them down and not rebuild them.
If we had forgotten the name of our Godand spread out our hands to a foreign god,

No, you practice injustice in your hearts;with your hands you weigh out violence in the land.
So I will praise You as long as I live;at Your name, I will lift up my hands.

Did I purify my heartand wash my hands in innocence for nothing?
I sought the Lord in my day of trouble.My hands were continually lifted upall night long;I refused to be comforted.
He shepherded them with a pure heartand guided them with his skillful hands.

My eyes are worn out from crying.Lord, I cry out to You all day long;I spread out my hands to You.
