'Man' in the Bible
The backslider in heart shall be filled with his own ways: and a good man shall be satisfied from himself.
The simple believeth every word: but the prudent man looketh well to his going.
A wise man feareth, and departeth from evil: but the fool rageth, and is confident.
He that is soon angry dealeth foolishly: and a man of wicked devices is hated.
The evil bow before the good, and the wicked at the gates of the righteous man.
A poor man is hated even by his neighbor,but there are many who love the rich.
In all hard work there is profit, but talk only makes a man poor.
The sinner is overturned in his evil-doing, but the upright man has hope in his righteousness.
Wisdom resteth in the heart of the intelligent man; but that which is in the foolish maketh itself known.
A foolish man puts no value on his father's training; but he who has respect for teaching has good sense.
In the house of a righteous man is much treasure; but in the revenue of a wicked man is disturbance.
The lips of the wise keep knowledge, but the heart of the foolish man is not right.
The offering of the evil-doer is disgusting to the Lord, but the prayer of the upright man is his delight.
The way of a wicked man is an abomination to Jehovah; but him that pursueth righteousness he loveth.
The heart of an intelligent man seeketh knowledge; but the mouth of the foolish feedeth on folly.
A wrathful man stirreth up strife: but he that is slow to anger appeaseth strife.
The way of the slothful man is as an hedge of thorns: but the way of the righteous is made plain.
A wise son maketh a glad father: but a foolish man despiseth his mother.
Folly is joy to him that is destitute of wisdom: but a man of understanding walketh uprightly.
A man hath joy by the answer of his mouth: and a word spoken in due season, how good is it!
Acting wisely is the way of life, guiding a man away from the underworld.
The house of the man of pride will be uprooted by the Lord, but he will make safe the heritage of the widow.
The Lord detests the plans of an evil man,but pleasant words are pure.

A wrongdoer gives attention to evil lips, and a man of deceit gives ear to a damaging tongue.
Whoso mocketh a poor man reproacheth his Maker; he that is glad at calamity shall not be held innocent.
Excellent speech becometh not a vile man; how much less do lying lips a noble!
A reproof entereth more into a wise man than an hundred stripes into a fool.
