²⁶ Jesus answered them, I declare unto you, you seek me, not because ye saw the miracles, but because ye had loaves to eat, and were filled. ²⁷ work not for the food which perisheth, but for that which endureth unto everlasting life, and which the son of man shall give unto you, for to him it is that the father, that is God, has given his credentials. ²⁸ then said they to him, what shall we do, that our works may he agreeable to God?
