'Take Heed' in the Bible
Take heed that ye practise not your righteousness before men, to be seen of them: otherwise ye have no reward from your Father who is in heaven.
And Jesus said to them, Take heed and beware of the leaven of the Pharisees and Saducees.
And Jesus answering said, Take heed that no man deceive you.
And he said to them, Take heed what ye hear. With what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you, and to you that hear, shall more be given.
And he charged them, Take heed, beware of the leaven of the Pharisees and of the leaven of Herod.
And Jesus answering said, Take heed lest any deceive you.
But take heed to yourselves for they will deliver you to councils, and ye shall be beaten in synagogues, and shall be brought before rulers and kings for my sake, for a testimony to them.
Take heed; watch and pray: for ye know not when the time is.
Take heed therefore how ye hear; for whosoever hath, to him shall be given; and whosoever hath not, from him shall be taken away even what he hath.
Take heed therefore, left the light that is in thee be darkness.
And he said to them, Take heed and beware of covetousness: for a man's life consisteth not in the abundance of the things which he possesseth.
Take heed to yourselves: if thy brother sin against thee, rebuke him, and if he repent, forgive him.
And he said, Take heed that ye be not deceived: for many shall come in my name, saying, I am the Christ: And the time is near.
But take heed to yourselves, lest at any time your hearts be overloaded with gluttony, and drunkenness, and the cares of this life, and so that day come upon you unawares.

But if it be of God, ye cannot overthrow it, and take heed lest ye be found even fighting against God.
Take heed therefore to yourselves and to the whole flock, over which the Holy Ghost hath made you overseers, to feed the church of God, which he hath purchased with his own blood.
Be not high-minded, but fear. For if God spared not the natural branches, take heed left he also spare not thee.

And we have the word of prophecy more confirmed, to which ye do well that ye take heed, as to a lamp that shone in a dark place, till the day should dawn, and the day-star arise in your hearts:
