But Jesus held his peace. And the high priest answering said to him, I adjure thee by the living God, to tell us, if thou art the Christ, the Son of God?
But if I tarry, that thou mayst know how to behave in the house of God, which is the church of the living God.

And I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish, neither shall any pluck them out of my hand.
For as the Father raiseth and quickeneth the dead, so the Son also quickeneth whom he will.
