9 Bible Verses about Destiny

Do not be deceived; God is not mocked, for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap.

For those whom he foreknew he also predestined to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren.

For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we would walk in them.

And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who are called according to his purpose.

But we speak of God's secret wisdom, a wisdom that has been hidden and which God destined for our glory before the ages. None of the rulers of this age understood it; for if they had, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory. But, as it is written, "No eye has seen, nor ear heard, nor the heart of man conceived what God has prepared for those who love him,"

so that no one would be unsettled by these afflictions. You yourselves know that we have been destined for this.

For God has not destined us to wrath, but to obtain salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ,

Now before the feast of the Passover, when Jesus knew that his hour had come to depart from this world to the Father, having loved his own who were in the world, he loved them to the end.

And I saw the dead, great and small, standing before the throne, and books were opened. Also another book was opened, which is the book of life. And the dead were judged by what was written in the books, according to what they had done.
