Then after the exile to BabylonJechoniah fathered Shealtiel,Shealtiel fathered Zerubbabel,

So all the generations from Abraham to David were 14 generations; and from David until the exile to Babylon, 14 generations; and from the exile to Babylon until the Messiah, 14 generations.

“At this disclosure, Moses fled and became an exile in the land of Midian, where he fathered two sons.

You even took along the tent of Moloch, the star of your god Rephan, and the images you made in order to worship them. So I will take you into exile as far as Babylon.'

And for this reason also we make it our ambition, whether at home or in exile, to please Him perfectly.
