                                    1 （ 上 行 之 诗 。 ） 我 要 向 山 举 目 ； 我 的 帮 助 从 何 而 来 ？                                

                                    1 A Song of Ascents.I will lift up my eyes to the mountains;From where shall my help come?

                                    2 我 的 帮 助 从 造 天 地 的 耶 和 华 而 来 。                                

                                    2 My help comes from the Lord,Who made heaven and earth.

                                    3 他 必 不 叫 你 的 脚 摇 动 ； 保 护 你 的 必 不 打 盹 ！                                

                                    3 He will not allow your foot to slip;He who keeps you will not slumber.

                                    4 保 护 以 色 列 的 ， 也 不 打 盹 也 不 睡 觉 。                                

                                    4 Behold, He who keeps IsraelWill neither slumber nor sleep.

                                    5 保 护 你 的 是 耶 和 华 ； 耶 和 华 在 你 右 边 荫 庇 你 。                                

                                    5 The Lord is your keeper;The Lord is your shade on your right hand.
