Jeremiah 11:4

The Broken Covenant

³ You must tell them: This is what the Lord, the God of Israel, says: ‘Let a curse be on the man who does not obey the words of this covenant, ⁴ which I commanded your ancestors when I brought them out of the land of Egypt, out of the iron furnace.’ I declared: ‘Obey Me, and do everything that I command you, and you will be My people, and I will be your God,’ ⁵ in order to establish the oath I swore to your ancestors, to give them a land flowing with milk and honey, as it is today.”

I answered, “Amen, Lord.”

Leviticus 26:12

I will walk among you and be your God, and you will be My people.

Deuteronomy 4:20

But the Lord selected you and brought you out of Egypt’s iron furnace to be a people for His inheritance, as you are today.

2 Corinthians 6:16

And what agreement does God’s sanctuary have with idols? For we are the sanctuary of the living God, as God said:

I will dwell among them

After He was perfected, He became the source of eternal salvation for all who obey Him,

But finding fault with His people, He says:
